The SONT 400G QSFP112 VR4(QM185-FC5C) optical transceiver is a Hot-Pluggable, Multi-Mode fiber for 400G short range of datacom interconnection. Using VCSEL devices for 4 lanes, each electrical lane is converted into an optical lane at 106.25Gbps, giving an aggregated data rate of 425Gbps. It allows communication up to 30m using OM3 fiber or 50m using OM4 fiber with FEC of VR4. Compliant with the Common Management Interface Specification and MSA.
