Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for efficient execution of warehouse receiving and dispatchProcess incoming materials receipt and distribution quickly according to s dard procedures. Distribute materials according to work orders, package and ship goods per sales instructions, ensuring efficient and standardized material flow
2. Responsible for maintaining system data accuracy: Timely enter warehousing information into ERPAVMS systems, monitor data, ensure suresystem consister cy with actual inventory, and provide accurate data for information management
3. Assist in inventory control: Monitor inventory dynamics, conduct regulachecks, resolve discrepancies between records and physical inventory, opti mize inventory strategies, improve turnover rate, and reduceinventory costs
4. Implement 6S warehouse management: Enforce 6S standards, maintain cdean and organized environment, ensure clear material labeling and proper zoning, and enhance warehouse management standards
5. Coordinate cross-departmental work: Collaborate with procurement, plannlogistics, production, and quality departments to resolve supply chain iss and ensure smooth operational continuity.
6. Support inventory decisions: Analyze inventory data, combine business/market conditions, provide accurate replenishment recommendations, support pro curement decisions and inventory planning, and control inventory cossts
7. Handle urgent tasks: Respond promptly to management-assigned urgent tasks (e.g., surprise audits, special orders), resolve on-site exceptions, an promptly to ensure stable operations

Job Requirements:
1. 1+ years of warehouse management experience, familiar with material recing/dispatching, inventory counting, and optimization processes (manufactu ing warehouse experience preferred)
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient rmulti-department collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
3. Proficiency in Chinese and/or English
