AOC series products
The AOC series products of Xunte communication support 10g ~ 400g. The products use 850nm VCSEL laser and PIN photodetector. Among them, the 200g AOC series products are complete and can provide CDR and DSP solutions. Through qsfp56 and qsfp-dd, they can meet the business needs of different scenarios. CDR scheme has obvious advantages of high cost performance ratio and low power consumption; The transmission distance through OM4 multimode fiber can be up to 100 meters. AOC active optical cable series products are suitable for short-distance data center applications. The length of optical cable can be customized according to customer needs.
100g series products
Xunte communications has laid out 100g series products applied in the data center, with products ranging from 100m to 40km. The 100g cwdm4100g cwdm4 is a 100g transmission model based on single-mode coarse wavelength division multiplexing technology. The optical fiber transceiver uses a single-mode laser light source. Each core fiber supports signal transmission of four bands of cwdm4: 1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm and 1331nm. Each band transmits 25g and the transmission distance can be more than 2km. This product has the characteristics of excellent performance, low cost and low power consumption.
200g / 400g series products
(1) 200g product
According to the different needs of customers, the 200g product Xunte has designed two products with different packaging forms, namely qsfp56 and qsfp-dd, with a transmission distance from 100m to 10km. The 200ge LR4 optical module adopts qsfp56 package form and is based on pam4 technology. The interior is composed of 4 & times; 56g pam4 DSP, four channel linear laser driver chip, linear TIA, 4-wavelength lan-wdm 56g laser and light receiving device. Xunte communication 200g qsfp56 LR4 optical transceiver module complies with qsfp56 MSA and IEEE 802.3bs 200gbase-lr4. The data rate is up to 212.5gbps (pam4). It is hot pluggable and low-cost qsfp56 package. The internal power consumption in the whole temperature range is the lowest in the industry. It is widely used in 200gbase-lr4 Ethernet and 5g retransmission. The transmission distance through single-mode optical fiber can reach more than 10km.
(2) 400g product
400g products: Xunte communication focuses on short-range products, and the main products are 400g SR8 and FR4. The 400g qsfp-dd FR4 optical module introduced adopts four CWDM wavelength EML lasers. Based on pam4 modulation, the single wave rate is 106.25gbps, and the single fiber transmission rate is 425gbps through optical MUX devices. This product is based on the micro optical packaging platform independently developed by the enterprise. It has the significant advantages of low power consumption, excellent RF performance and good heat dissipation performance. It meets the commercial application environment and is suitable for the future 400g Ethernet, data center and cloud computing markets.
